Microblogging is a way to express an idea and get straight to the point. It allows users to get their ideas out on a topic in sentences. I think it is an efficient way to get an idea out.

Whether you are playing sports or working on a business or school project you need to work as a collaborators and not a competitor. As a coach I find my players seeing each other as competition instead of a teammate. In group settings when there is an ultimate goal we need to work together for success. If
we see each other as competition we will never be successful.
